Guarantee
Angling Artifacts
wants you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
As a rule of thumb, antiques are generally purchased on an "As Is"
basis. However, in that we are committed to quality and service, all
items come with a 3-day "inspection" return option. If upon receiving
any item, you are not 100% satisfied, it can be returned for full
credit.
Return Policy
You may return an item
for refund or replacement if applicable within 3 days of receipt of
your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All
returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and returned in
the condition as described and shipped at time of purchase. Damaged,
broken or missing items require a claim be filed with the appropriate
shipping agency based on the insurance coverage. When you return an
item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly,
please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your
return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected
returns. Refunds will be by one of the following methods:
- If you paid by credit card, Angling Artifacts will credit the same credit card account and a credit will appear on your billing statement;
- If you paid by money order, cashiers check or personal check, a company check will be issued back to you.
Again, shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable, so these amounts will be deducted
from your final refund amount. For Return Authorization and Shipping
