SAGE 508 FLY REEL BY HARDY BROS. ENGLAND W/REEL POUCH!

This is a Sage Fly Reel in excellent++ (almost mint) condition and made by Hardy Bros. of England. It is Model 508 in Bronze finish. It has an ebony handle knob, two screw spool release, drag adjustment mounted on the rim, and a full uncut or filed reel reel foot. It is an estate acquisition, however appears unused! Serial No.0408 on side of the foot. Mechanically excellent, strong click and Hardy Perfect check system. Diameter is approximately 3 5/8". It has a single screw line guide which can be reversed depending on whether you are retrieving left or right handed and we can provide easy factory instructions to convert reel to either right or left hand retrieving.
